Inspidship
Hello! Just purchased a 22 edge titanium but did not find one with the build in nav, is there a way to enable this after purchase via forscan or some other way? Thanks!
1004ron
No way to "enable" it using Forscan or any other device, but you can purchase a new/used APIM and GPS antenna, install that and configure it with Forscan. I can PM you the contact for the person I bought the hardware from when I did this with my wife's Mustang, and he remotes in to do the configuration. omar302
22 Edge has Sync 4A, I don't believe adding NAV is similar to Sync 3, at lease have not seen it done yet. However, Sync 4A should have Android Auto and Apple Car Play, they should be even better than the factory NAV.
Inspidship
Ahh, I see. I was hoping for a simple software toggle but that is not the case. Rightfully so, at least people who optioned the nav get their moneys worth. I had added it to sync 2 in the past and figured it’d be worth an ask. Thanks folks! Shall stick with the carplay
enigma-2
This navigation system is available for sync 4. (From Ford). Haven't spoken to anyone who's actually gone this way.
