Rudy1013
Just received my H&R springs and I just ordered bilstien b6 rear shocks. I wasn’t able to get the matching front struts as there either out of stock or in back order. My question is should I install my spring’s with just the rear shocks or wait till I’m able to get my hands on the front strut’s and do everything at once? Thanks in advance
Xtra
I am currently running H&R springs and B6 shocks and struts and it is a great combination that really improves the handling. After my car was lowered with the H&R springs, I did a realignment and ran with the OEM shocks & struts for awhile until the B6 became available. Once the B6 were installed I did another alignment. I never ran a mix of the B6 struts and OEM shocks like you are thinking of doing.
WWWPerfA_ZN0W
from what i have seen over the years, going to a firmer suspension means new springs at the very least, OEM or not. moog cargo coils will work in place of OEM as well. since you are going to H&Rs anyway, might as well go in on them all around.
