I've tried everything I know (and, what a Ford representative via website "chat" box suggested). I cannot get my android phone to Sync with the vehicle. Any suggestions/fixes? enigma-2 Posted February 12, 2022 Report Share Posted February 12, 2022 Which phone, which model, carrier? Latest phone software update? (Jan 27, 2022). Sync up to date? Try clearing the cache on your phones android connection app. (Settings -> apps -> storage -> clear cache).
