1004ron
I use these: Ruthenium HX™ Spark Plugs - NGK Spark Plugs
WWWPerfA_ZN0W
motorcraft is optimal for price vs performance, but you can certainly upgrade to reliable name brands with more advanced tech. lifespan is yet to be proven in comparison, but 2011 on with the Ti-VCT, plug life has not been as much of an issue.

Yes. 2013 FORD EDGE 3.5L V6 Spark Plug | RockAuto As WWWPerfA_ZN0W mentioned, the life span of the original Iridium plugs is also very good.
enigma-2
Motorcraft are rated at 100k miles. Can't go wrong with OEM.
DILLARD000
Been running AutoLite xp5364 Iridium Plugs in a 2008 3.5L for a year now with good results. These replaced MotorCraft# ayfs22fm \ sp411 Platinum Plugs which also performed well. Be sure to check OwnersManual for proper OEM part & gap, then cross reference from that. Be sure to check+adjust gap as needed before install; do NOT assume they're gapped correctly. Edited February 25, 2022 by DILLARD000
