omar302
OP has a 2018 model, see the below linked video. Hopefully opening the glove box this much is sufficient to get what fell behind. Edited January 30, 2022 by omar302 4

Temple
How do you remove the complete glove box to replace blower motor?
enigma-2
It would help if you posted the year and model in your question (different years have different procedures). That said, are you certain you need to remove the glove box? On the later MY the glove box swings down far enough to remove the blower. potato head
Thanks much!!! Looks like I don't need to remove the glove box to get the blower motor out after all. Unless I'm mistaken, the blower drops straight down into the footwell after removing the lower panel and disconnecting the electrical connectors and retaining clips. enigma-2
After you get it out, put a couple drops of lubricant in the motor bearing area. These motor bearings have a habit of drying out.
