Rudy1013
I’m looking to pull the trigger on rim’s with the specs in the picture for my 2016 edge sport and pairing it with 275/40/22 tire’s. Can anyone tell if it’s possible or will I run into any problems any and all advice will be appreciated .
Haz
While you're waiting for other Edge Sport owners' voices of experience, some data is available from online resources. Since you didn't mention if your 2016 Sport is equipped with the standard 20s or the optional 21s, comparative information for both OEM sizes versus your desired aftermarket rim & tire size are included below:. Wheel-Size's website provides 2016 Edge Sport OEM rim & tire data... ...and installed dimensional comparisons of standard rims & optional rims to your desired aftermarket rim & tire size... ...with the standard rim & optional rim comparison web pages allowing the inputting of current-state fender, wheelwell, and suspension clearance dimensions, in order to obtain an estimate of clearance changes that may occur with the installed aftermarket rim & tire combination. TireSize's website provides dimensional comparisons between the OEM and aftermarket tire sizes, including any resulting speedometer error that should be correctable using Forscan for Windows and an OBDII plug-in adapter. For what it's worth, 265/35/22 tire dimensions are similar to the standard 20-inch OEM tire and identical to the optional 21-inch OEM tire... Good luck!
