Father of Ford 702
Wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction… The radio can be powered on even with the key out of the ignition and drains 2 amps at all times. I changed the ignition switch and it didnt help. Anyone else have this issue? Not sure what is allowing the radio to get power with the key out? Im afraid it may be the BCM or instrument cluster going bad. Havent changed the key cylinder though. Any ideas? 2013 SE
WWWPerfA_ZN0W
seems like the radio needs to be replaced. if it has a cd player, the player can fail, start skipping, and drain the battery, just like a faulty door latch or even the shift switch. the battery saver system may or may not pick up the issue.
