circatee
Is it just me, or does the 2020 Edge ST have a rather 'slow' take off, from say a red light? More than likely, this is because I have been used to a Mustang GT (460HP) for a while. But, still, 335HP should move, no?
handfiler
I find my Nautilus (identical power train) to have plenty of get up and go off the line. No complaints about the power whatsoever but maybe my expectations are different than those of the ST crowd. I also have a Mustang GT for comparison. It is well north of 650 HP though. Traction is a bit of an issue below 50 MPH.
Perblue
Ford put a fairly low torque limit on take off, it's talked about all over the mod/tuning section on here.

Oh. I will try to search for a few threads about it.

In auto mode the edge ST is a dog off the line. Especially if at any elevation. Like you I came from a muscle car Challenger and Charger Scat packs (485hp/475tq) The edge st will do 0-60 in 5.7s in sport mode automatic but it sure doesn't feel that way.
