Phil73064
I had to replace the touchscreen digitizer on my 2011 Edge Limited. Prior to doing that the media hub worked fine. While replacing it I cleaned up the console with some spray cleaner, to clean up under the trim pieces. I successfully replaced the touchscreen, but now the hub doesn't work. Bought another used hub, but it doesn't work either. I confirmed that the USB cable running from the Sync module to the hub is good. Is there a fuse that controls the hub, and if so which one? jmr061
There is no fuse for it. It runs directly off power sent from the APIM. If you have both the usb cable and power plug connected properly and the APIM works you have a wiring concern between the APIM and media bay. Perhaps pinched wires or something? enigma-2
Check your fuse for Sync modules. Think its #29 in passenger compartment fuse panel.
