Wubster100
They probably said that it won't fit because the USA market never had the option for rear fog lights, therefore all Edges from USA market will be incompatible. You may have to compare the physical dimensions of a regular USA rear reflector to a European rear reflector with the fog light to determine if the fog light will fit.

WilkiST
I think i'll take that risk and order one to check. If i buy from Poland i can send it back easily if not ok. Will post. 1
enigma-2
Good luck with that. @SEGREY from Ukraine (earlier in this thread) said he tried it & it didn't fit. You got my curiosity up now, let us know if it fits or not.
WilkiST
I've found the following locally: KT4Z-15A-449-A The question now is the difference between KT4Z-15A-449-A and KT4Z-15A-449-B. I know 448 is for the passenger side, 449 is for driver side. But i'm not sure about the last letter - A or B. It seems version with "A" is hard to find and 99% of searches give part numbers with "B" at the end. Visually, on the photos, both looks the same.
enigma-2
Its been my experience that either will fit perfectly. I'm only guessing but I would assume the difference could be as small as different suppliers or a small, non important modification. Several sites state that the B version supercedes the A, indicating that when the A runs out, use B. If they were truly different parts, the part number 449 would change.
BMWR1200c
@WilkiST I ordered these a few weeks ago for my 2020 SEL. I think I paid $60 for the set of two lights in matt black. They should be arriving soon. Gotta figure out how to get the old reflectors out first. Risky way is to remove the tail light and pull the rear quarter out a bit, but risk breaking the tabs. Gonna try removing a few screws from the rear wheel well liner and see if I can access the reflectors. Probably less destructive. Then tapping into the hot and ground for the tail lights and I should have rear running lights. This car is severely lacking in rear lights. https://zeus3d.net/products/2019-ford-edge-rear-reflector-replacement?srsltid=AfmBOoqC4C6BEDD2f_Ky6cmSY3ZnLJ8kEZ4oxtcuLtSbwlix69o2GPG2 Edited October 29 by BMWR1200c
