pintokid Posted February 28, 2021 Report Share Posted February 28, 2021 Is anyone else having problems with the service records section of the Ford Owner Center web site? I am unable to add a service record. I fill in all the required info, and then submit and nothing, just goes back to the list of records without adding the new info. I've tried it with Firefox and Chrome and even two different Ford accounts. I noticed it last week when I performed an oil change, but I figured the problem would just go away. But today same.
