WWWPerfA_ZN0W
possibly a missing or bad SD card, or a bad media hub. assuming you have dual climate controls + 8 inch screen WITH navigation? B1215:00 External Memory Card: No Sub Type Information Pinpoint Test H: Non-navigation units - The Media Hub Is Inoperative Or Has Poor Sound or Image Quality Refer to Wiring Diagrams Cell 130 , Audio System/Navigation for schematic and connector information. The media hub contains an internal 3 port Universal Serial Bus (USB) hub connected to 2 external USB ports for customer devices and 1 internal USB port that interfaces with the SD card reader. One USB cable connects the media hub to the APIM . The media hub also contains an internal composite audio/video translator connected to the external RCA jacks, which output video and audio signals to the APIM via a shielded audio and video harness. The media hub requires an external power and ground circuit to operate. Loss of power or ground disables all media hub functionality. DTC B1252:11 ( USB Port: Circuit Short to Ground) — sets when the APIM detects an over-current condition in the USB circuit. This can be caused by a fault in the USB cable and port, or by the customer USB device. DTC B1215:00 (External Memory Card: No Sub Type Information) — set by the APIM when it detects a device conflict through the media hub, a fault in the USB cable or media hub, or there is no SD card present when the vehicle is equipped with navigation. This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following: Wiring, terminals, or connectors Media hub Device conflict APIM Pinpoint Test M: Navigation Is Inoperative Normal Operation The Global Positioning System Module (GPSM) provides information from the GPS satellite system to the Accessory Protocol Interface Module (APIM). This information is used to calculate vehicle position and direction of travel. Removal of the navigation SD card results in loss of navigation while the card is removed. This is normal operation. This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following: Navigation map SD card not present Network communication concern APIM GPSM
