dave151
I've been hunting for new rubber for awhile now and deals on 245/50R20 which is factory sizing on the 2011 Edge are non existent so I figured why not fill out the fender wells alittle more. Today I had 265/50R20 installed on the factory 20x8 wheels and it looks much better. I've read some say 8" is too narrow but I now daimler uses 265/50R20 on 20x8 for the grand cherokee and durango. I scored a great deal on brand new Pirelli scorpion verde all season from kijiji.
Edgingage
Oh! Nice! I "envy" you lol. That's what I've been looking for a long while now, that whole set to replace my factory 245/60R18, but no luck ?. I guess I'll have to spend the big bucks... Enjoy them in good health ?. omar302
How is the ride in comparison to the stocks? Also, remember that this new size has a larger diameter, ~0.8". So your speed will be faster than indicated. Compared to stock size, at 60 mph, your actual speed will be about 61.6 mph.
dave151
The ride is softer than the old 245s but I rode those down to the wear bars.. They fill out the wheel wells better and provide more protection to the rims.
