When the new unit is installed, will it have the same SXM radio number or will I have to call and get the account transferred to a new radio? The main reason I am asking is that it's not currently usable and I am thinking of calling and cancelling and then starting a new account when the new unit is installed? SSEnterprise Posted June 25, 2020 Author Report Share Posted June 25, 2020 I called SXM and told them my unit had failed and they offered me a full refund on the unused portion of my prepaid subscription. I gladly accepted. They did try to offer me another add-on unit until I expalined the entire audio system was non operational.
