OLA
I just bought used Ford Edge 2012 I drove it for like three day then it start doing overheating when ever I stop for some minutes or ON/OF A/C even when the two fans are work but at different speeds. If am driving on the highway with high speed it does overheat but it does overheat in an holdup or within the street. Can somebody give a clue of what is wrong with it. That bold part doesn't make sense - could be a typo? If it does NOT overheat when at speed and only overheats when stationary or moving slow, then its the cooling fans. The common problem which a forum search will reveal requires the replacement of the fans and their controller, and only the OEM (Motorcraft) part is a reliable replacement.
