I cannot seem to set it to give warnings of traffic holdups and suggest re-routes to a avoid holdups/delays. It just seems to stick to the fastest route regardless of delays. That's the service (believe it's free for several years after purchase of a new vehicle) that allows the nav unit to re-route if there's a major delay ahead of you. There's this note in the Sync 3 online tutorial: "Note: SYNC 3 provides an automatic re-route if traffic conditions change to cause a major delay on the originally selected route. Minor traffic changes won’t cause a re-route.
