accent
Original brakes still work fine. Should I change them?
WWWPerfA_ZN0W
What do the rotors look like? The pads look like there's plenty of life. Rusting seems minimal. If the brakes are working flawlessly, you can decide to let it ride. But that mileage and age on the parts would make me want to change out the pads and rotors, service the calipers, change the brake fluid, etc. Are you DIY, or asking a shop to do the work? 1004ron
Mine were on track to get the same mileage as yours, and would have gone with OEM pads when due, BUT the vibration when applying brakes at highway speed forced me to replace rotors, so went with the ones in the below thread. Nick Halstead
My 15 Sport is at 70k miles and original pads/rotors with a lot of life left
fishx65
There's so much pad left on that one side that I'm guessing it's frozen. When I changed mine at around 60,000, one of my front pads was frozen and looked brand new. At that mileage I'd do a complete brake job front and rear. The rears wear out way faster then the fronts on my 2011. If you're doing it yourself, make sure to pull the pins and lube the crap out of them along with a little on the slides.
