The oil pan was leaking so they had to remove the whole undercarriage...and said they did a wheel alignment, balance rotation...at this time... The last time I had "The Works" lube service done at the dealership the indicated that the tires were rotated, which is part of "The Works", but they were not rotated. Most car manufactures have you deal direct with the tire manufacturer for warranty on them - best discuss this with the dealership first considering the work that they were meant to do, which could have caused the tire problem, and they might decide to involve the tire manufacturer, or deal with it themselves.
