Tod
Hello guys, My third stop light stopped working and before replacing it, I would like to check if the problem is just the fuse. However, I am unable to find information showing me the fuse location for the stop lights. Would someone be able to help? PS I am talking about the stop light located on the rear spoiler. Thanks in advance
Gadgetjq
Fuse 54 in the under hood fuse box is designated for the brake light switch. Check your owner's manual or the pictogram under the fuse box lid for the location. If your center light is out and other brake lights work the fuse isn't the problem, (though it's easy to check). It could be the light fixture but it's rare or an entire strip of leds to fail. More likely it's a connection to it that's causing the issue. Tod
Thanks. The fuse is fine and I guess they would not have separate fuse for just this light. I will need to figure out how to replace it.
Gadgetjq
Here's a link to the factory service manual for your '15: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1wBzOTmEZvCvnzvmTI470QBGyYX60xDBh Here's hoping it's just a connector because, if I recall correctly, getting to the fixture requires a log of digging.
