Singermom Posted March 24, 2019 Report Share Posted March 24, 2019 Took my 2013 Edge into shop to have it diagonosed for brake problem, ( son in law, mechanic is doing work) When I got car back my navigation kina disappeared. Only thing that shows is the direction ball. I ordered the new navigation chip, ( A10) and thought it would update.. but no.. I have the original A4 chip too. that was in car when I bought it. ( only had since Dec. 2018) No extended warranty.. Help... how can I get Navagation to work... error says. " Not in root system".. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
