wmkjr
About to do a dealer transfer to buy a 2019 ST and the dealer installed the front license plate bracket. Does anyone know if they remove cleanly or if any drilling had to happen to install them? It's not even a two plate state, I'm baffled why dealerships keep installing these ugly things on beautiful cars. Nick Halstead
every ford I've owned that has a front plate has been installed with Rivets leaving nasty holes
Xtra
The rivets will have to be drilled out. Go to your local Auto store and you can find plastic plugs that snap in and will fill the holes.
vmaxbaby
When I ordered my mustang I told the dealer do not mount the front license plate bracket even though I lived in a state that has both plates. I told them I would take my chances without one. I drove for 4 years without a plate in Virginia and finally a company made a bracket that used screws that held on the front chin spoiler so you could have your place mounted but wasn't screwed into the bumper. The dealer did buck a little bit about not mounting it but I told him it was my car and if he drilled holes in the bumper I would be asking for a new front bumper at his expense. I won LOL
vmaxbaby
This is what I have on the Stang and thinking could mod it so it would work on the Edge ST. https://bigmikesperformanceparts.com/
