thefunnyman Posted January 15, 2019 Report Share Posted January 15, 2019 I was in the market of buying another car and i liked the edge a lot but then saw that ford has a PTU issue with the AWD system. not to sure if there was a fix for it or just make sure that you get the fluid changed out and that will help with the leak issue as well. just looking for an insight about it. any input will be nice. Amerikaner83 Posted February 14, 2019 Report Share Posted February 14, 2019 For the 2015 and newer Edges (2nd gen), I read here that they included PTU drain plugs, as well as an updated PTU itself.
