1004ron
Do you have water trapped in front signature lights? Last year my passenger side signature light was replaced under warranty because it had water trapped in the lens, now my drivers side has the same issue. The passenger side is still good. I'm at 33K miles and 21 months, so intend get it to my dealership to start the process of replacement, but just wondered if others are experiencing this. Not easy to capture with a cell phone. Trying to see if this is a common issue or not. Concern is that the electrics/electronics would be corroded. 1004ron
Had mine at the dealerships collision centre, same place that installed the new one on the passenger side early last year - he took photos and will get back to me when he hears back from Ford Corp.
1004ron
Just got a call from my dealership that the replacement has been approved, its ordered, and once it arrives we'll schedule a time and date for the +- 1.5 hour install while I wait.
1004ron
Just got back from the Ford collision centre where I waited just short of an hour for them to install the new light. omar302
That is really expensive for such a light that neither serves as a DRL or Parking lights. Wish drivebright made a DRL version similar to what was offered for the 2011-2014 models.
1004ron
Doing a little cleaning today and when I got to clean under the hood I noticed how butchered the plastic rivets and surrounding area is which can only be the Ford Collision centre that did the light replacement. You'd expect them to have the correct tools for this, ........ I have at home.
1004ron
The Ford Collision centre replaced the plastic cover and plastic rivets, but the information sticker on the left they order from a local printer, and it looks slightly smaller and is starting to peel off. Where can I purchase a Ford sticker?
