TheWizard Posted October 11, 2018 Report Share Posted October 11, 2018 The first two are bogus garbage that will do nothing to improve performance and have the potential of damaging your vehicle. There is no such thing as a "chip" you can install in an Edge to improve performance - that's a thing from a bygone era when cars were much simpler. The third is a true programmer that is designed to install custom tunes but doesn't support your 2013 Edge (the device would work but there are no tunes available that it could load). Waldo Posted October 11, 2018 Report Share Posted October 11, 2018 Whenever you consider these things, you need to ask yourself "If it was just simple programming that could improve power and economy, why didn't Ford do it from the factory?" If you are in Chile, chances are you experience fairly severe conditions and possibly low quality of fuel. So a custom tune is highly preferred to make sure the fuel pump(s) are not taxed. Livernois, SCT tuners, HP Tuners etc are the best options here.
