Noise from engine when shutting down

Occasionally when after parking and turning off the ignition I hear what sounds like a fan coasting down, with a metallic rattle.

It could be one of the cooling fans or one of the two turbo chargers - anyone else hear this, and if it is the turbos coasting down, should I be concerned or does this sound normal?

Got 22K miles on it - it can only be heard if your outside the car near the front.
