27Sport
Last week I traded in my '16 Sport for an '18 Sport. Tonight while walking up to the rear of it in the dark I noticed the reverse LED lights were on when the taillights are on. In this situation the reverse lights are at a reduced intensity vs being in reverse gear. I would say about 5% brightness. Has anyone else noticed this on a '17 or '18 model? Normal or is something not configured right? Edited March 27, 2018 by 27Sport
WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Not seen this in a Ford implementation, and not sure how it adds value if they did do so. Possibly a shorted wire/defective bulb?
enigma-2
I can't see any purpose for this either. Are the backup LEDs actually on or possibly bleed over from the tail lights?
Tightanium
Not sure if a 16 Tightanium has the same led lights but mine don’t do that.
gstein17
Watching. I have a 2018 Sport and the reverse lights seem very dim when trying to use the camera
