This may be due to water entering and freezing the rear door exterior latch cable.ACTION:Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition. SERVICE PROCEDURE Remove both rear door latches and replace both rear door exterior latch cables. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-14. * It is not necessary to remove the interior door latch cable from the door latch assembly. * It is not necessary to remove the latch from the handle reinforcement assembly.
