edsasdelli
vehicle runs great, no dashlights or problems of any kind....however, when I scanned it to put the LMS tune in, it shows the above 2 codes? B1215 says rear license lamp assembly but mine is working fine? I cleared them and loaded the LMS tune.
Mikula
What did you use to scan it?
WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Very likely rust/corrosion at the license plate lamp assembly. If there are 2 assemblies, replace them both, being sure to apply a light coating of dielectric grease prior to final installation. That should take care of the B1215 code ... permanently. If your Edge is an AWD, then the P164D likely means that the PCM is missing the identification info for the RDU, and it needs to be programmed in. edsasdelli
What did you use to scan it? It came up on the LMS tuner when I went to load in the 91 perf tune.

WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Not a clue, seems to have been operating ok thus far this winter? Then ya, can wait till you go in for the next service. There MIGHT be different strategies the PCM/AWD module employs based on the ID, like it is for the transmission, but IDK.
