Jessie111701
I have a 2012 Ford Edge Sport and I'm looking to replace my front amber parking lights with LEDs from VLEDs. Http://www.vleds.com/shop-application/parking-marker-lights/3157/standard/3157-6-hv-a.html Our car doesn't have a warranty anymore and on that link above to the VLED LED lights I'm looking to purchase there is a "WARNING" about high voltage... Just making sure putting these particular LED lights in won't EFF up my entire light system. Any input would be great
WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Is this what you are referring to? WARNING! This bulb is for use in parking and turn signal applications only. These should not be used in vehicles equipped with DRL systems that run on the high circuit. Using this bulb in a DRL application will void your warranty. For DRL applications we recommend our V6 Triton system. Do you have DRLs turned on? If not, should be fine. AFAIK, our DRLs run on reduced power anyway, so should be ok even with DRL turned on.
