WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Do you have dual zone climate control? Have you tried recalibrating it?
Inno
Yes I have dual zone climate control. How I recalibrate it?
eGuru
Yes I have dual zone climate control. How I recalibrate it? Just disconnect the battery for a few minutes and the system will recalibrate itself when you reconnect and restart. Don't touch the AC controls for about a minute after starting. That's all there is to it.

pintokid
I was not familiar with Burkina Faso, but I wondered why anyone would be UNHAPPY about hot air. Here on the east coast of the USA, blowing hot air is exactly what I want, and it can't get warm fast enough. OP: good luck with the battery disconnect. You might want to short the positive cable (NOT the battery) to ground (car frame) too.
WWWPerfA_ZN0W
I was referring to the procedures listed in this thread should you have dual climate control http://www.fordedgeforum.com/topic/23097-2014-edge-limited-no-heat/

The cold season only lasts two months about 18-19°C. So here we need cold air. Also blowing hot air while it is supposed to be cold air is a malfunction of the AC system. These are why am unhappy with hot air.
