sfbluenote
Wondering if any Forum Members in the San Francisco Bay Area can recommend a shop where I can get some H&R Springs fitted? I just got a 2017 Edge Sport and I need to find a shop that can do the install correctly. Thanks!
roots57
Wondering if any Forum Members in the San Francisco Bay Area can recommend a shop where I can get some H&R Springs fitted? I just got a 2017 Edge Sport and I need to find a shop that can do the install correctly. Thanks! I had to find a place that could put mine in (LA area) and I just looked up local suspension shops for pricing. It should cost somewhere around $400 - $500 just so you know what to expect and so you don't over pay. Good luck!

Mikula
Thanks for the heads up on pricing roots57....I just got a quote of "about $900 " today. Guess what? I won't be going there. did that include an alignment and a full body massage from 2 asians? think of it this way, most shops charge about $100 an hour labor, and they'll charge 4 hours labor. roots is spot on. chefduane
When I lived in SF (on Franklin btw Washington and Jackson) I had a '92 Explorer and I used to go to a little shop out on the Avenues. Probly no longer there as it was 20 years ago. Don't know where you are exactly where you are located but South City has a lot of independent auto shops, maybe you could find one around there. Best of Luck!!
