unpluggedk
Hi, I am trying to upgrade the USB hub for my 2016 SEL, and I've read some posts but without some pictures, I am stuck. I've read from 2016_titanium in http://www.fordedgeforum.com/topic/22044-2016-edge-sync-version-20-apple-car-play/?hl=applethread, that the easy step was 1. Remove trim from passenger side center console 2. Removing the rear cover to the center console behind the USB port 3. "Felt for the tabs and squeezed my fingers in there and pressed the tabs down while pushing on the back and it slid right out." I can do (1) easily, but how in the world does 2 work? Can someone help me? Here are some pics, it seems like I need to take out the thin piece behind the tray, have no idea how. Is removing the silver lining a good way here? in this case, should I just pop this off like I did with the trim/? Thanks heaps in advance,!
