WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Was there any noise operating the driver's window prior to this complete failure? If so, it is possibly the window motor (about 55$ Dorman brand (742-195) from RockAuto). Or if the switch worked intermittently, then you may need to replace the switch bezel (includes window switches and window lock toggle) - about 25$ or less (eBay - 7T4Z14525AC for black). The oldfashioned method would be to check the switches for continuity, as well as the window motor (for which you have to remove the door panel, not too bad). macbwt
If there is full power to the connector that plugs into the window regulator then Bob's your uncle. Regulator motor is bad.

WWWPerfA_ZN0W
I dont think the BCM controls any of these functions does it? Other than that it seems like an electrical issue?
enigma-2
With all of the unrelated faults that are occurring, there appears to be only one component that's common to all. It's the Smart Junction Box. Before taking it to a dealer however, how old is you battery? Batteries that still test good on a regular tester will still have internal problems and cause problems with circuits. (Unlikely in your case, but still a distant possibility). Those two items would be the first thing I would suspect as to the root cause. BTW, the drivers window is powered from fuse #4 in the SJB (cabin fuse panel). It's a 30 amp fuse. Did you check it? enigma-2
Below is a video where FordTechMakuloco was tracing down a complaint concerning drivers door lock failure and window not working. He finally tracked it down about 2/3 the way through and may be coom on to your problem. (At least easy to check).
