If you are not smelling or seeing an oil leak, and oil level is between the cross-hatches, yes.

EDIT: Digging deeper into the code

P219A - Bank 1 Air/Fuel Ratio Imbalance

  • Leaking or contaminated fuel injectors
  • Low fuel pressure or running out of fuel
  • Leaking evaporative emission (EVAP) canister purge valve
  • Exhaust or intake air system leaks
  • Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system
  • Positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) system is leaking or the valve is stuck open
  • Ignition system
  • Incorrectly seated engine oil dipstick, tube or oil fill cap

That's a lot of items to rule out ... Further diagnostics in order if the light does not go out. Could simply be a bad oxygen sensor, could be an exhaust system/catalytic converter issue, etc.

There is a report on a Subaru Forester that the PCM had moisture penetration, and the pins had to be cleaned & greased to solve the code (no longterm reportback tho).

Toyotas see this code with burnt exhaust valve seats.
