WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Doesnt hurt to dream the dream LOL. The code is far from cracked on the 3.0. The 2.7 is our best hope at this point. Intercooler ... Needs bodywork to frame and bumper. The rest could be easily arranged. Flood them on social media . A photoshopped pic or 2 wouldnt hurt.

Nick Halstead
Ford would want 70k for that.
TourGuide
Ford would want 70k for that. Yeah, but could you get it with a towing package?
onyxbfly
The price would be more than worth it.... My concern lies with if Ford wants $70k would it be built with the quality of the MKX?
Xtra
Perhaps they could offer the 3.0L TT as a optional upgrade to the Edge Sport. It is just a bored and stroked 2.7. That would keep the price down . It would not be a RS , but I could live with it. Edited August 5, 2017 by Xtra
PrinzII
Seeing that I prefer more oomph, I was leaning more toward the GT's 500 hp and maybe the Focus RS's AWD system as well as a limited slip differential. That would effectively frustrate a stock GC SRT8.
Mikula
i don't see ford putting any more power in this crossover. which is a shame, because i'm a hot rod guy, that needs family room. however when i'm at a stoplight you will see my trying to run every civic si and wrx i come across. unfortunately they don't even realize this fancy minivan will get up and go.

That lincoln 3.0L TT will bolt right in. It uses the same Valves, Cams, Turbos, Block, Intercooler, Oil Pan on and on .. If you have the skill you could find a salvaged 2016 >17 MKZ and do the swap. Or buy a new short block for $1,500 and install that. Then get a LMS tune ,you might be looking at 450HP and 450TQ.
Xtra
My crystal ball was close, turns out it is a 2019 Edge ST not a RS. Thank you Ford! :happy feet: Edited March 2, 2018 by Xtra
