tamugrad2013 Posted July 14, 2017 Report Share Posted July 14, 2017 I should have posted this a few weeks ago, but have been non stop since I got my car back. I have to say that Sewell Ford in Odessa went above and beyond when my car was in the shop recently. They were able to get me scheduled to drop off my car within 5 days which was a huge improvement to the last time I had visited them and while yes they had the car for 47 days every single issue that I dropped it off for was not only fixed, but fixed so hopefully it can avoid future repairs and although the 10 day rental car ran out they gave me a dealer demo vehicle. I have had previous issues with this dealership, but I was throughly impressed and I think a major part of it was the service advisor I had who was also the assistant service manager.
