Inkrypshun
Check the A pillars. I thought it was my dashboard as well but it turned out to be the driverside A pillar.
WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Possibly a blend door actuator. Any hiccups with climate control?

David Young
Possibly a blend door actuator. Any hiccups with climate control? I have to agree with it being the blend door actuator. Very common on Fords. Everything will work pretty much normal for a while with the clicking sound before it stops completely working. Just replaced my Mom's on her 2010 Taurus with only 7,200 actual miles .
