dweiss22
Although I am a big fan of the Sport overall, I am not a fan of the Leather/suede seats. I do however, like the seats in the Titanium version. Can these be swapped out with out issue or are there major differences between the two? Also any idea on what the Titanium seats would cost?? Burrcold
It would probably cost you less to get full leather done by a car upholstery shop.

dweiss22
May I ask why you do not care for the suede or technically alcantara? Gjb89 what I don't like about them is the cloth like texture. I had a Toyota Camry with cloth seats that were similar material as these and they don't allow your cloths to more freely. They actually catch and hold them in place which means that my shirt or jacket tend to ride up my back over time as I am driving along with the natural movement while in your seat. Its rather annoying and uncomfortable at times. It is interesting that Ford chose this combination rather than straight up full leather on their top of the line model. Tha is a lot of cash to lay out just to change. Burrcold has the right idea, go with an upholstery ship and get new covers made. DW
akirby
It is interesting that Ford chose this combination rather than straight up full leather on their top of the line model. That's actually a desirable function in a sports car - it holds you in the seat better during spirited driving, so I assume that's why they chose to use it on the Sport model. I do think it should be an option though.
Burrcold
I would have preferred full leather as well. The seats aren't sporty on the Sport model anyways, and the "alcantara" isn't the greatest quality (for alcantara) compared to other cars that use it. gjb89
There's a totaled 2015 Titanium in Texas that only had 4xxx miles on it with.
enigma-2
Do you mean to cover the seats with new seat covers? Something like these? http://www.ebay.com/itm/272499890386 These are fake leather, but gives the feel for what can be done.

Nick Halstead
you would be shocked at how many titanium owners would want Sport seats...I think a switch would be the easiest route
svtguy
I would have bought the sport over my titanium ,if they had offered the Cognac Too each his own
dweiss22
Thanks to all for the responses. I actually misspoke on the Titanium seats I was mistaken and I am looking for the SEL seats like the ones attached. Not sure to, Nick Halstead's point, of how to let owners know that I would be up for a swap. I will post in the classifieds section and see where it goes. Would need them to have the multi position power seats and heated of course to allow it to be a direct plug and play. Thanks again... Just keep in mind that the SEL seats are not perforated seats and will not work if you have the front cooled seat option (301A 03 302A)

RC Mike
Having just spent about two weeks with SEL seats, two weeks in December with Titanium, and owning a Sport... The SELs were definitely the worst, and noticeably so. I don't really have a preference between the Sport and Titanium. The SELs had some strange pressure points and thin/ineffective cushioning.
MJB3
Thanks for the appraisal Mike. I currently have a 2015 Titanium but have a 2017 Sport on order. I wondered if I would find the seats in the Sport to be a little too grabby and think that I would prefer the leather of the Titanium. In the end, the Sport was the only way to get the adaptive cruise control and not have to accept the vista roof. Once again, thanks for your opinion. RC Mike
You're going to love the Sport. I've logged at least a few hundred miles on each of the three available engines. Driving with the 2.7L is just plain fun. The 2.0L was nice. The 3.5L? It felt a lot like driving my 2008 Chrysler T&C. I don't find the Sport seats grabby. My wife is the primary driver, and she likes them. I'm 5'11" and 275 lbs. She's 5'6" and 120 lbs (oh, now I'm in trouble...). It surprising to me that we both found the SEL seats lacking and that neither of us had a real preference between the Titanium and Sport seats.
