2007 AWD Wheel Bearing Torque Specs. and question

Had the Edge up on a lift and noticed that the passenger side CV boot (outer) has started to split. I did a little research and it looks like for the price it’s cost effective to replace the axle assembly as opposed to just the boot. On that note it also looks like getting the old drive axle out could be a real pain in the a$$. Anyone had any luck or suggestions. Also I found this document at: http://www.skf.com/binary/81-66360/457377.pdf that is listing the torque specs/procedure for the wheel bearings. Does this look correct? I want to confirm.

Tighten old wheel hub, adjusting nut to 258 ft-lbs/350 Nm to seat the half shaft. Remove and discard the old wheel hub nut. With the vehicle raised up, apply the brake so the half shaft will not rotate, and install a new wheel hub nut. Tighten nut to 258 ft-lbs/350 Nm. Do not attempt to tighten the nut with the vehicle on the ground or the wheel bearing will be damaged. Tighten the new wheel hub nut to specification within 5 minutes of starting it on treads. Always install a new wheel hub nut after loosening or when not tightening in the specified time.
