mex3000
So I'm looking to install a slim LED light bar in the front bumper of my 07 Edge. The question is, if minimizing the air coming into the engine from this gap, will cause a major overheating issue, or is the upper and lower grilles enough to help the engine from overheating? I've attached picture and highlighted where I plan on installing the light bar. Btw, I know I don't have a truck, but I'm in North Carolina and go to the mountains quite often. So the light is very important. I figure i explain this before i get some dude/hater comments.
enigma-2
I seriously doubt that it would cause an overheating problem, but I seen a car two nights ago with one of these light bars on it, the brightness and glare was considerable. Like someone coming at you with brights on.
Engr146
I have two sets of led DRLs,but I seen a light bar license blate bracket for front plate on eBay that fits the edge,it secures a pretty large light bar!
enigma-2
Might I suggest you resist the urge. They're not needed and all they do is blind the oncoming drive.
