jmr061
For those of you with 15/16 that have Forscan you may want to try to test 720-04-01 xxxX xxxx xxxx by adding 4 to the X value and writing it. The Edge IPC will accept the change but I don't know if it functions. What does this do....it should add "silent mode" to the vehicle settings. This will turn on dark car and possibly kill the DRL (not the little lights up front though). Give it a try and report back. I'd test it but my car isn't in a position to do that right now. Also see if it allows the cluster and center stack lighting to actually turn off when dimmed all the way down...don't think it will but worth a test. Just for curiosity, what would be the use case? Edited December 18, 2016 by Ray Heath Jr

WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Many people like driving around with minimal light intrusion in the cabin, whether for privacy or to keep kids asleep etc. Used in police cars on a regular basis as well.
