Chipster
How often do you use your paddle shift? When I first got mine I used it a fair amount, but the on-board ECU seemed to have a mind of its own and I more or less lost interest in the novelty of it. How about you? akirby
It's most useful to pre-downshift before passing or to hold a low gear when descending steep hills or mountains. I don't find it necessary to use in normal driving. I did use it while pulling a utility trailer in hilly terrain (3.7L). gjb89
I've used mine 3 times maybe. After a tune I didn't find it useful.
Burrcold
Never although I do use sport mode fairly often to make it more...sporty. I don't find the paddles add anything more to the experience. Too big of a delay in up/down shifts to make it fun.
Groundpounder
Very rarely.
RC Mike
Only time would be during engine braking going downhill. I'd be happy to have it on the shifter, rather than around the wheel. Doesn't add anything for me. I'm sure my wife will accidentally bump them and not know what's going on. Were you able to fix it?
