doubleJ
Hi all, I'm looking for some feedback on rims for my 2013 Edge Limited. I'm currently on the 20inch rims, but looking to buy a set of 17inch winter tires and appropriate steel rims. A dealer I went to told me that the center bore measurements for the steel rims I am purchasing have to be more or less exact to the specs of the car if not they will cause alignment issues, which I understand. However, been looking for the measurements on the net and getting a mixed bag of results. Some sites say, it 67.1 while some say 63. I called Ford to ask them, but the lady on the other end didn't seem to know for sure and told me that she thinks its 63. Wanted to be sure before I purchased them. Any feedback is greatly appreciated !!! Thanks
omar302
I believe this answers your question: 2011-14 Edge (Gen 1.5) have wheels with a center bore of 63.4, 2007-2010 are 70.6. People have fitted late model Explorer Sport and Taurus SHO wheels on their Gen 1.5 vehicles. I would suggest searching for a set of stock 17" Edge wheels, they should be cheap.
