Beachgal6
I am having a lot of issues with my media hub I brought it in and they replaced the whole thing. I didn't even get it out of the lot and the same issues are happening. I told them about it but informed them I could give my car up for almost a week again right now. Is anyone having issues? The USB will be plugged in and then it says drawing too much power The screen goes black for a while can't do anything. No radio jo nav no phone Sometimes it goes black as driving and you might still have the radio. I'm having phone issues too with it.
FordIVTteam
Hey Beachgal6, If the issue still exists, have your dealer reach out to their Tech Hotline. This is their next contact when a resolution hasn't been made. Cara

WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Is it the one of the latest iPhones? If you plug into the builtin USB ports, you will definitely overwhelm them. IMHO, the ports have always been underpowered. The best solution is to get a compact USB charger for the power point, that knows what is plugged into it.
