Beezz
If I cross a solid line while going around a curve or sharp bend the lane keeping system pulls me even further over the line before deactivating from my steering effort. It sometimes pulls me over the line if the lane markings end while driving. Very odd behaviour, thankful I can turn the system completely off. junehhan
That is exactly what I have done. Our roads in Cincinnati are so horrendous that the system had trouble figuring out where the lines are sometimes on the highway. If you are concerned about the lane keep assist pulling you in the wrong direction, one thing you can do is set it in the menu system to just vibrate when it detects lane departure instead of trying to correct you. For a while, I did that and set the vibrate to the lightest setting before disabling it completely as it would get set off when approaching sections of the highway that had lots of patching or damage. Nick Halstead
When I bought my Car, I didn't even realize I had lane keeping, so my first on ramp was a tug of war effort and I was like WTF...Haven't used it since

This feature, in my opinion, is worth a million if you've driven for some extended time (8-10 hours) and have, for example, only 30 minutes left before you reach your destination. The road is getting too monotonous, maybe you're a bit tired. I've lived it too many times and this is where I wish I had this feature on my previous Edges. In my 2015, I use it occasionally when required but leave it off most of the time.
