gjb89
Anyone else using one of these foam guns? I purchased one of these about a month ago and find it very useful especially for getting road grime off and loosening up the bugs on my front end. The particular model i'm using is the Chemical guys version. This is a direct hose attachment that does not require a pressure washer. WWWPerfA_ZN0W
I use this one myself https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000Y190WE/ when using a garden hose. The MTM Hydro used to be a recommended equivalent for those with a power washer available. Chemical Guys do have their "scents" down pat
factor99
I use this one with my pressure washer: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Snow-Foam-Lance-Foam-Nozzle-Lavor-New-Type-compatible/1079982643.html Works great, The key, of course, is having the right soap - Chemical Guys have great soaps but Maguire's Gold Class works well and is available everywhere. If you get a pressure washer foam gun, make sure it will fit your connector, there are different types. gjb89
Do you guys use a electric or a gas pressure washer? I've considered buying one.
WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Electric - cheap and convenient. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003YKVGS8/ I don't expect to use it much. I have been using the Gilmour unit instead, maybe next year.
gjb89
Maybe I'll get an electric unit. How long have you had yours? Our gas units never seemed to last more then 2 years.
WWWPerfA_ZN0W
Just about a year. It's a bit noisy, so I have to really pick the time of day carefully. Used it once so far bcoz of that, sigh. Still quieter than the gas powered ones I have heard in YT videos. I wouldn't expect durability to be any better, without willingness to do DIY maintenance.
