arfedge
I got this unfortunate error when I started my car this morning. Along with the error, none of the steering wheel controls worked. I turned off the car, waited a couple minutes & restarted, same issue. Once at work and pissed off at my new broken Edge, I scheduled a service visit. But when I restarted the car after work, the warning disappeared and all seems well. Let's hope it's a one-time thing. What's funny is that the message displays the OK button, but because the steering wheel buttons don't work, you can't dismiss it. Thanks engineers.. enigma-2
I remember when they scrubbed a space shuttle launch once when the computers spit out garbage close to launch. They traced it to a bad start up and all they had to do to fix it was to restart. Weak battery has been traced to cause weird problems like this. cjh
Wouldn't worry about it. I've had a few random glitches before too- it is software after all.
