jimnkirstin
I'm thinking of bringing the Edge to the local mechanic, I've vetted, and am concerned about the back three of the transverse mounted engine plugs being replaced. How can I be absolutely certain that when I receive back the vehicle that those plugs were changed? Any tips or tricks? I don't necessarily trust auto mechanics. Thank you. WWWPerfA_ZN0W
None that I know of other than a visual check after pulling the coil off ...
macbwt
Tell them you want the old plugs. You need them for your spark plug collection. I always ask for the old plugs. Granted they could just grab some others but at least you are sending them a message!

They were .60 gage and I gaped the new ones at .44 to tell you how bad there was.
