Sdhayes1
My 2011 ford edge limited is saying my 911 assist is not operational. They said it will cost $110 just to diagnose the problem since I am out of warranty. Then cost additional money to fix it. Anyone have any suggestions for a fix that will save me a little money? Tjm623
Serious question. Are you positive your phone is connecting? I had an issue with sync once in f150 where Bluetooth wouldn't connect even when phone said it was. Pulled the fuse for it and it connected again. 911 turned back on
enigma-2
See if it's turned on. Press the PHONE hard button. Select the Settings tab on the touchscreen Press Advanced. Select 911 Assist. Select the desired setting, "on" or "off".
FordIVTteam
Hi Sdhayes1, I'd like to help! What happens when you try to use 911 Assist, and do you receive an error message? Shaay
