normkol
I picked up, last week, a 2016 SEL 2.0l in Bronze with a Dune interior. 201A package Utility package Technology package Cold Weather package Panoramic Roof 18" Polished Wheels MSRP was 41,770. I paid 39,500 after prolonged negotiation. They tried to tell me the package discounts on the window sticker came from them and I should pay the MSRP. I've gotten several compliments on the colors, both exterior and interior. I'm very happy with them. Coming from a Rav4, I have to get used to the larger size. I'm getting there. The wipers are strange, like a throwback to the 60's. I've always had parallel arm wipers on all my cars, going back over 40 years.
akirby
Just for fun one day - move one of the wiper arms manually so it's out of position.
Tjm623
I agree the wipers are strange. Congrats I got about the same vehicle minus utility, the roof and cold weather(on the way out I got confused, we bought an escape that day too which had the package and I insisted I was missing my mats). They threw a set from another vehicle in my car for free! Oops!

Truecar has that it $35500.

I guarantee it doesn't have all the packages that he has I was around that truecar price with almost 2500-3000 less in options.
Hermans
For those that think the wipers are strange. All my cars, including a very early Corvette, when I started driving, or at least when I got my drivers license, had the "strange" wipers. That's why I've held onto my wide paisley ties, Nehru jackets and my tie-dye shirts. I'm gonna make a comeback.
normkol
Jesus, that isn't much of a negotiation! Truecar has that it $35500. Truecar for this car was over 40k. You have to include all the packages. I got the car for about 1k below the Truecar price, and they had to keep the doc fee at $75 because it was a Truecar sale. I found out afterward my son works for a company that is a vendor to Ford and he could get me one of the buying plans. Oh well, next time.
